Please note that each item is made to order, which means there is a production and fulfilment period before shipping. Fulfilment times generally range from 2 to 7 business days. You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
  • Shipping Times: Estimated shipping times once fulfillment is complete are as follows:
    • United States: 2 to 6 business days.
    • European Union: 2 to 6 business days.
    • South Africa: 1 to 3 business days.
    • Other International: 5 to 25 business days depending on the destination.

Please be aware that these are estimates and actual shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or high demand periods.

  • Possible Delays: While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers, shipping carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances. Once your order leaves our print-on-demand partner’s facility, we have limited control over its delivery. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for details on how we handle issues related to delayed or lost packages.
  • Shipping Liability: We are not liable for any shipping issues, customs delays, or product damages that occur during transit and are caused by third-party providers. If you encounter any problems with your order’s delivery, we encourage you to contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. However, feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist within our means.

These fees are determined by the customs office in your country and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be.
