We want you to love your Malted Merch goodies! If your shirt arrives with a misprint, damage, or defect, you can request a return within 10 days. But if you just changed your mind or picked the wrong size, we can’t accept returns (sorry, no buyer’s remorse here!

Waiting for your order to arrive can feel a bit like waiting for toast to pop—so close, yet so far! Since your product is made just for you, it first goes through our fulfillment center for printing, which takes about 2–7 business days. Once that's done, it's on its way! Shipping usually takes 2–6 business days for most places, but if you're in South Africa, you’re in luck—it’s usually quicker at 1–3 business days.

Just keep in mind that international orders may be subject to customs fees and delays—so be prepared for a little extra wait time.

Nevertheless on the rare occasion where shipments cannot be fulfilled locally you may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. You are responsible for these fees.
